Stayed here for 2 nights with my family members, had a really nice stay. Liked the way my reasonably large queen room with balcony was. The hotel had a good location, minutes from a bus station.

It had very central location close to Guglie Bridge. It was located in a great area short walk to vaporetto stops, and train station, water bus and airport water bus, an interesting place for me.

The hotel offers great location down a short alley off the Lista Spagna. Btw, it's set in Cannaregio district just next door to the Santa Lucia train station and the public boats as well as grocery stores, landmarks and churches. The units are outstanding, spotless on the lower floors.

Appreciated spotless and functional double room with balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. An air conditioning, a personal safe, and a work desk were good. The location was perfect and lovely, close to Lista di Spagna.

The location was great, for example, a wide canal was not too far from the hotel. Besides, we were very close to many attractions. The food was nice, especially cereals, yoghourt and fruit for breakfast.

Everything was fabulous, perfect service and customer-facing staff. Stunningly beautiful view, a big balcony, nice bed, too. Absolutely gorgeous location, walking distance to ponte scalzi. The terrace restaurant was nice with lots of meals in the menu. I had fine days staying at this art hotel.

we liked almost everything, including staff and location. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like orient express that was only 5 minutes' walk away. room was good value. the staff was very helpful when we had questions.
