It had very central location close to Guglie Bridge. It was located in a great area short walk to vaporetto stops, and train station, water bus and airport water bus, an interesting place for me.

Appreciated spotless and functional double room with balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. An air conditioning, a personal safe, and a work desk were good. The location was perfect and lovely, close to Lista di Spagna.

Cereals, yoghourt and fruit were a stand out. The location turned out to be marvellous, so close to the train station and one of the vaporetto stops, the vaporetto stops, and main attactions all within a couple of Km.

The venue was set in the very central position so close to train station and vaporetto stop, Caprera and St Peter's square. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Cannaregio district. Cereals, yoghourt, and fruit served for breakfast were nice.

Everything was fabulous, perfect service and customer-facing staff. Stunningly beautiful view, a big balcony, nice bed, too. Absolutely gorgeous location, walking distance to ponte scalzi. The terrace restaurant was nice with lots of meals in the menu. I had fine days staying at this art hotel.

Super location and very polite staff were a definite plus. We had the quadruple room which was nice and amazingly comfortable. Admirable service offered too.
The breakfast definitely should have been included in the room price.

Staff was VERY FRIENDLY, it was very clean. The bathroom we had included a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet and bathtubs. A super base for summer holidays in Venice. No reason to complain, the hotel was quiet.

we liked almost everything, including staff and location. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like orient express that was only 5 minutes' walk away. room was good value. the staff was very helpful when we had questions.
